Though I watched this movie a long time ago(2 days after it was released), i am still giving my movie review. First of all, people who have never watched High School Musical, here are some links that wll summarise the information in each volume.

Now, I am going to begin my review. First of all, this movie is nowhere near a movie with a great plot. In fact, the plot is very dull. However, it managed to capture the hearts of music lovers and Disney fans. People who have never watched the prequels will probable dislike the plot. However, this movie is at least suited for pre-teens; There are other films which are detrimental to a child's learning.

Dull Plot

why do i say this movie has a dull plot? First of all, it is basically another love story between two main characters, how they encounter problems in their relationship and how they found solutions. Example: Gabriella is admitted into Stamford University. She has to leave Troy. Troy wanting to be with her , goes to a college which is near to her university.(32 miles-estimate). Critics will agree we me that this plot is so clique! If it was not for the heartwarming music, i would never have started watching High School Musical. However, High School Musical is not without its good points. The music composed shows natural talent. Stressed crowds would be charmed by the likes of Vanessa Hudgens's voice.

Songs

For a movie to be considered a hit, it must capture the hearts of the critics and audience. Furthermore, it must have a good plot. The movie must also not have any discrimination. An unnecessary but helpful adding would be songs. High School Musical heavily depended on this. Like its name suggests, high school musical is full of dramtic song singing with melodramatic tunes and others.High school Muscial has such well-composed songs that i think they sing better than the past veteran groups.
